Building Up The Thick Crust

Taking its cues from the layers that make up the city of Kuala Lumpur the building is built up of interlocking layers of spaces into a thick crust, with each unit naturally ventilated with breezeway along a variety of spaces. Each unit is accessible to its own garden, either on the roof or at the podium. The penthouses on the roof has its own pool whereas the units connected to the podium shares a pool.

Each unit has its own skygarden, which is an enlarged semi-outdoor tropical space. The double-skin envelop shades the units as well as being a cooling passive device that allows air to flow vertically like a stack.
